  • Spanish Credit Controller

    Credit Controller (Spanish Speaking) - Bracknell - £14-16ph - Initially 3 Months Wade Macdonald are currently recruiting on behalf of a global client of ours for a Spanish Speaking Credit Controller, initially for a 3 months. Your duties will include Responsible for collection of outstanding debt from across EMEA customer base. Liaise with all necessary stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure customer accounts are fully reconciled. Perform account reconciliations and advise on credit and payment allocations. Responsible for management of query resolution. Reconcile disputes promptly with SLA and professionally across EMEA. Review and give advice on customer risk assessment and credit analysis. Assist with new process implementations. Assess the risks and work in a safe manner at all times, robustly implementing health and safety rules, instructions and systems and refuse to undertake work compromises your safety or health. Report in timely manner all incidents including near miss and safety observations (NMSO) accidents and injuries and raise health and safety concerns with your line manager. To be considered you must have/be Experience within Collections/Accounts Receivable Experience of chasing debtors across Netherland Region Strong Knowledge of Microsoft packages, excel, word etc. Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills across multiple locations Industry or shared service experience Fluency in written & oral English, Spanish Accurate data entry skills Experience of working with foreign currencies would be beneficial Ideally part qualified or studying towards an CICM or accounting qualification Experience with ERP systems, JD Edwards experience a plus. Ability to work on own initiative or as part of the team. Previous experience of managing your own portfolio and working with tax cases is required, and you must possess excellent team-working and relationship building skills. A strong tax specialist from the legal profession will also be considered, or from Accounting as a CTA/ATT or ACA/ACCA qualified. Role Purpose The role holder works under limited supervision, performing routine activities and taking on non-routine activities. Job Purpose and Accountability: The Incident Controller is responsible for assessing business impact and taking ownership of Major IT Incidents. They will engage across all teams in Service Operations to ensure the appropriate focus and resource is available to restore service to the customer. Once assigned the Incident Manager will manage and resolve all issues throughout the life cycle of the Major Incident. The role includes communication within the business and to the customer on plans, progress and resolution of Major Incidents. Where appropriate, Post Incident Reports will be generated with the aim improving process and live service. This is a busy role within a dynamic team. Training and support can be provided by the Senior Escalation Managers. We are looking for a pro-active person who is confident in their ability to work across a large organisation driving results for the benefit of our customer. This is a live support role required for the delivery of service to the MOD.
